Delhi Metro maintains a centralized Lost and Found facility to
help passengers recover their lost belongings.

How It Works

All items found in Delhi Metro premises are sent to the nearest
station's Lost and Found office.

Items are then transferred to the Central Lost and Found office at
Kashmere Gate Metro Station.

You can claim your item by providing a valid ID proof and
description of the lost item.

Items are stored for up to 3 months before being disposed of as
per DMRC policy.

Report your lost item as soon as possible by calling the helpline
or visiting any metro station.

Provide specific details about the lost item, including when and
where you might have lost it.

You will need to show identification when claiming your property.

There is no fee for claiming your lost items, but you may be asked
to sign a receipt.
For valuable items like wallets, laptops, or important documents,
it's recommended to report to the DMRC helpline immediately.
